Single Purpose

Tab Volume Mixer controls audio volume per browser tab from a single mixer interface.

Audio Data

Tab audio is captured locally with Chrome's tabCapture API and processed through Web Audio nodes for volume control, EQ, and routing. Audio data never leaves your browser and is not stored on our servers.

Local Storage

The extension may store per-tab volume preferences, EQ settings, output routing preferences, feature settings, anonymous user ID, and Pro status metadata in browser storage.

Server Requests

Server requests are limited to license or Pro status verification, checkout flows, and support for features that explicitly require a service request. No audio data is sent to any server.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or the configured payment provider. Tab Volume Mixer does not store full credit card numbers.

Permissions

• tabCapture — capture selected tab audio for volume, EQ, and routing
• offscreen — create offscreen audio processing and playback
• storage — save preferences and Pro status metadata
• activeTab — identify the active tab
• tabs — list browser tabs and detect tab closure
